Yahoo! co-founder and Chief Yahoo Jerry Yang holds one of the seats on Alibaba Group's four-person Board of Directors, which is chaired by Jack Ma.

Alibaba Group's partnership with Yahoo! Through the partnership, Alibaba Group has access to Yahoo!'s world-class technology and global resources to better serve businesses and consumers in China and around the world.
