Nanchang High-tech Park (NCHTP) gained state-level status in November 1992 and is now the only national high-tech park in the province. The total development area of the Park is 231 km2, and so far, 28.22 km2 has been developed. The Park is 3 km away from downtown Nanchang, 3 km from Nanchang Railway Station, the largest station along Beijing- Kowloon Railway, and 26 km from Nanchang Changbei International Airport. Nanchang is the capital city of Jiangxi province and is the only provincial capital along the Beijing- Kowloon Railway. Located beside the beautiful Aixi Lake of NCHTP, the Jinlu Software Development Park (JLSPP) has an area of 50 hectares. The total investment commitment is about RMB 280 million (USD 33.86 million).
