Color Television
The color television had a rocky early history. It wasn't until the early 1970s that color TVs became more common than black and white sets. Kids raised since then, however, know little other way to consume modern media. On the Senate's commerce committee, McCain has pushed hard for broadcasters to adopt another new broadcast technology, high-definition television.
