Weifang High-tech Park (WFHTP) is located in Weifang city. The total development area is 16.1 km2. The core industries of WFHTP include nanometer technology, chemical engineering, new materials, electronics, information technology, real estate development and optical electromechanical integration and products. Two expressways stretching from Jinan to Qingdao and from Weifang to Laiyang pass through the area. The area is 120 km from Qingdao Airport and 180 km from Jinan Airport. It takes about 70 minutes and 120 minutes by bus to the two respective airports.
