Ji'nan High-tech Park (JNHTP) is located at the eastern part of Ji'nan city. It was approved by the State Council as a state-level high-tech park in March 1991. JNHTP's total development area is 9.26 km2. Within the Park, there are special parks in the east: Qilu Software Park, a University Science Park, an Electronics Industrial Park and Chemical Fiber Park.
