Headquartered in Auburn Hills, Mich., this company manufactures Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles and Mopar brand parts. Cerberus Capital Management purchased Chrysler, the third largest domestic auto manufacturer, in 2007 from DaimlerChrysler (since renamed Daimler A.G.). Cerebus owns 80.1% of Chrysler; Daimler holds the remaining 19.9%.
