Nanning High-Tech Park (NNHTP) is located in the suburban area of Nanning, the capital city of Guangxi Autonomous Region. It was approved by the State Council in 1992. The total area of the Park is 18 km2. Key industries of the Park include biological engineering, pharmaceuticals, electronics, information technology, auto parts, new materials and optical electronic mechanical integration technologies. The Park consists of a high-tech incubation center, a software development center, a scientific industrial zone, a central park and an agricultural and bio-engineering zone. Nanning Yinhe Software Development Park was established in January 2001. It is only 5 km from Nanning Railway Station and 5 km from Nanning Port. A few centers have been set up, such as the software R&D center, the software testing center, the software export center, the telecommunications and information center, the training center and several incubating centers for software firms.
