Guilin is one of the most beautiful cities in China. Guilin High-tech Park (GLHTP) is a state-level industrial park in Guilin city of Guangxi Autonomous Region. The Park was established in May 1988 and was approved by the State Council in March 1991. It is the first high-tech park in all five Autonomous Regions. In 1997, the Park merged with Seven Star District of Guilin, and its total area is 83 km2.
