3. Ignore Conflict. Few people, especially in the professional world, enjoy conflict. Most bosses and employees alike would rather 鈥渓et something go鈥� or 鈥渟weep it under the rug鈥� than make an issue out of it. Too many managers are concerned about being liked that they don鈥檛 fulfill their responsibilities to catch problems quickly. Not addressing an employee鈥檚 problematic behavior doesn鈥檛 help any one.
