Bettina Dorfmann presents a Barbie doll from her collection in Duesseldorf February 2, 2009. Dorfmann owns more than 6,000 Barbie dolls and has one of the biggest collections in the world. The Barbie doll which debuted on March 9, 1959, will celebrate its 50th anniversary this year.
