It is located in the Qingliang Peak National Nature Reserve where Zhejiang Province borders with Anhui Province. The name comes from its location. It features high mountains extended from Yellow Mountain and fast running water from Qiantang River System. The linear circle-shaped scenic spot is about 80 kilometers in length and composed of three sections.
