Your Message Center Inbox can store unlimited messages. Messages from the last 90 days are listed in your Inbox. Older messages are stored in order of when they were received and can be accessed by using the drop-down menu on your Message Center tool-bar. Messages older than two years are deleted automatically.

Send messages by clicking Contact Now on the product detail page, or by directly clicking the Send Message button in your Message Center.

If you want to know when there are updates from your contacts, simply sign into My Alibaba and click Contacts. Click the View All tab to see all you contacts' updates; or click the Products, Selling Leads, Buying Leads and Updates tabs to find specific updates.

Sometimes members receive unwanted messages. In Contacts, use your Block List to filter out these unwanted messages. Messages from Member IDs, email addresses or countries/territory you wish to block will be deleted automatically when added to your Block List.

Your Contact List is your personal list of people and companies you correspond with through Alibaba.com.

To manage your contacts: Add Alibaba.com members or non-members to your Contact List by clicking Add New Contact
