PET fiber chip price remained stable today, as filaments demand decreased and buyers were also reluctant to purchase chips partly due to slump of Shanghai A-shares and weak PTA futures. Semi-dull chips were offered at 9,550-9,600yuan/mt and talked level was 9,550-9,600yuan/mt. Bright chips were pegged widely at 9,100-9,400yuan/mt when cationic dyeable chips at 9,850-9,950yuan/mt 180 days payment.　

In downstream, polyester filament production and sales ratio fell to 60-80% with higher at 100% or slightly above and lower at 50%.
