Pushed up by supply tightness and the price hike of recycled fibers, the price for bottle flakes continued to rise. In Jiangsu and Zhejiang, imported white flakes for 3-hollow re-PSF have been traded at 6950-7000yuan/mt. In Sichuan and Chongqing, domestic white flakes for medium-grade re-PSF were traded at 5700-5800yuan/mt. In North China, white flakes for high-grade re-PSF were traded at 6400-6500yuan/mt (pre-tax). Some sellers were reluctant to sell, waiting for further price hikes.
