CCF Price

Semi-dull POY86Dtex/24F: 18300yuan/mt
Semi-dull FDY70D/24F: 19200 yuan/mt
Semi-dull DTY70D/24F: 21200 yuan/mt

Nylon filament yarn market saw steady off-takes. Due to the increasing cost pressure, some producers were trying to raising the prices, and FDY prices followed up to a small extent, while the performance of POY and DTY was weaker.

Lower-grade POY product prices moved up a little. Lower-grade semi-dull POY86Dtex/24F hiked to 17700-18200yuan/mt, with most trades done at 18000-18200yuan/mt; the higher-grade still stayed at 18500-18800yuan/mt, and a few higher touched 19000yuan/mt.

DTY prices were basically stable. Some offers for higher-grade DTY were raised by 500yuan/mt. Offers higher for higher-grade semi-dull DTY70D/24F were at 23500yuan/mt, but the traded prices did not follow up in effect, and basically stayed at 22000-22500yuan/mt; the medium-grade ruled at 21000-21500yuan/mt and some higher were at 21500-21800yuan/mt.

FDY prices were firm. Semi-dull FDY70D/24F dominated at 19200-19500yuan/mt, and higher in warp-knitting market.

Large-sized nylon yarn plants mostly kept high operating rates of 80-100%, and a few were at 50% or were in maintenance turnaround; small-sized plants had lower rates, at 50-70%. The inventory was higher than last month, but was still at a low level, 11-15 days.
