TAI organises conference on 'Global Textile OpportunitiesThe Textile Association of India (TAI), Mumbai Unit, is organising an international conference on 'Global Textile Opportunities – Vision India', scheduled to be held from January 16-17, 2009 at Hotel InterContinental The Grand in Mumbai. This conference is supported by the Office of the Textile Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, and Reliance Industries Ltd is the lead sponsor of the conference. It is for the first time in many years that India's top textile magnates will share their views and also outline a path for the Indian textile industry. Senior speakers will emphasise the expectations from the government and will also give their suggestions to the Ministry of Textiles for overcoming the future challenges. Eminent industrialists, policy makers, reputed professionals and renowned experts from different parts of the world will present their papers to about 500 equally high-profile participants.

This international conference will provide an excellent opportunity for companies to gain global visibility and publicity by promoting their products and services to a highly focused audience, besides networking with them.
