SEOUL, Oct 28 - Samsung Electronics, the world's biggest maker of memory chips, expects small shortages in both dynamic random access memory (DRAM) and NAND flash memory chips in 2010, local online news service Moneytoday reported on Wednesday.
Samsung <005930.KS> also projected its semiconductor revenue would reach $16.6 billion this year and grow to $25.5 billion in 2012, Moneytoday said, citing comments made at a meeting of the company's top management.
A Samsung spokesman could not immediately confirm the report.
