LG Display sees Q4 LCD prices, shipments falling
Published: 14 Oct 2009 22:12:48 PSTSEOUL, Oct 15 - Flat screen maker LG Display <034220.KS> said on Thursday average LCD panel prices would decline "gradually" in the fourth quarter from the previous three months, with shipments seen dropping by less than 10 percent.
The world's No. 2 maker of liquid crystal display (LCD) screens also said its margin on earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose to 28 percent in the third quarter versus 19 percent in the second.
