The number of import and export enterprises surpasses 4000, 16 of which has achieved an annual export value over 100 billion US dollars, and trade partners from more than 183 counties and regions come to Shaanxi to do business.

【Extended Scale of Absorbing Investment】
The entire province enjoys a new batch of 184 foreign invested companies.The contract use foreign capital is 1,970,000,000 and the use foreign capital is 1,190,000,000 US dollars (to invest and so on foreign capital parts again actually including Foreign invested company), which grows 29.2%.The area where Shaanxi invests have reached 74 and 44 world 500 strong enterprises have invested in Shaanxi.13 Shaanxi offices of commerce chambers representing other regions and provinces have been built in Shaanxi.

In 2007 the contracts amount of foreign contract projects, the labor service cooperation and the design consultation amounts 280 million US dollars, with a completed turnover of 210 million US dollars. By the end of this year, there were 6744 emigrant labors. By the end of 2007, market of foreign contract projects extended to dozens of countries and regions, involving the construction of highway bridge, hydroelectric power and large-scale power station. The style of contract engineering has been shifted from traditional subcontract and sub package to the international competition level of independent signing and direct participation.

By the end of 2007, Shaanxi Province has signed cross region port cooperative agreement with coastal ports including Xinjiang, Tianjin, Qingdao, Lianyungang, further extending Shaanxi’s port service function. By several effective measures including building the trade platform and signing “commitment letter of fruit quality" , Shaanxi Provincial government has further promoted the standardized management pattern over the whole province, making the deep processed product of juice of fruit industry NO 1 export good over the entire Shaanxi province.
