Updated Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Rules

Alibaba.com is committed to creating a trustworthy and safe trading environment--where the protection of intellectual property rights (IPR) is not only necessary, but essential. In addition to the measures Alibaba.com already takes to protect IPR, Alibaba.com has also established several additional rules.

IPR Infringements Rules

1. Any Member who is repeatedly the subject of IPR infringement complaints or has repeatedly posted IPR infringing content will be warned.

2. Restrictions on Alibaba.com product listings will be placed for two months on any Member who continues to be the subject of IPR infringement complaints or continues to post IPR infringing content after receiving the warning.

3. The account of any Member, who continues to violate the IPR of others after having restrictions placed on their Alibaba.com product listings, will be terminated.
