Can I display controlled or prescription drugs on Alibaba.com?

Drugs such as narcotics, steroids, valium, poppy seeds, poppy seed products (including all drugs listed in Schedules I, II, III, IV or V of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.) or prescription drugs are strictly forbidden on Alibaba.com.

If you want to trade in chemical materials, please state clearly in your product listings or Buying Leads that the product you want to sell (or buy) is a chemical material, not a drug. Please keep this in mind when entering the subject, keyword, category, description etc.

Tip: If you are selling test kits for drugs, please do not use the name of the drug as a keyword.

Can I sell credit cards on Alibaba.com?

No. Credit or debit cards cannot lawfully be transferred from one person to another. Therefore, they cannot be sold on Alibaba.com. However, credit or debit cards that have been expired for at least 10 years are allowed to be sold for collection purposes. Please make sure the expiration dates on the cards that you want to sell are at least 10 years old.

Can I provide loans, letters of credit, bank guarantees, stocks, bonds or securities on Alibaba.com?

Providing loans, letter of credits, bank guarantees, stocks, bonds or securities is the duty of government-authorized financial agents. Therefore, all listings of financial services, including money transfers, bank guarantees, letters of credit, loans, etc. are strictly prohibited on Alibaba.com.

Can I trade precious metals such as gold, silver or even gold mines on Alibaba.com?

No. The buying and selling of gold, silver or other precious metals (except jewelry) is prohibited on Alibaba.com.
