The growth of investment in real estate reaches 19.7% from January to September, and the accumulated growth increases 0.5% on month-on-month basis. Considering the influence of relatively high base on year-on-year basis towards the growth of investment in real estate in August, the slight increase for investment growth in September is in accordance with expectation. However, the accumulated growth of new projects rises from 4% of last month to 7.3% in September, increasing 41.3% on month-on-month basis, which exceeds the expectation slightly.
From January to September, the sales area of commercial residential building reaches 843.83 million square meters, increasing 23.3% on month-on-month basis, which falls 0.1% compared with that from January to August; therein, the sales area of residence increases 23.9%, and the sales volume of commercial residential building reaches 5402.8 billion CNY, increasing 33.9%, while the growth falls 0.5% compared with that from January to August; therein, the sales volume of residence increases 34.5%.
On the premise that the supply of first-tier cities recovers and the turnover of other cities improves continuously, domestic sales volume in September will get warm continuously.
