Anglo-French's Peenya plant approved by NDA Uganda

Peenya plant (Anglo-French)The Peenya facility of Anglo-French Drugs and Industries (AFD) in Bangalore has received the approval of National Drug Authority (NDA), Uganda, to supply pharmaceutical formulations (tablets) for a period of three years. NDA Uganda is known for its strict evaluation parameters and an approval from them speaks volume about the strong manufacturing&quality parameters followed at AFD's Peenya plant.

The Peenya plant was constructed in 1996-97 and is WHO-GMP approved. Products are manufactured under controlled temperature and humidity levels. This gives the products better stability. The shelf-life of the company's leading brand Bepex Forte tablets is 30 months, which is unique in the Indian market.
