Feng Hsin may advance rebar price next week
Published: 19 Nov 2009 23:35:24 PST November 20 MetalBiz--Taiwan's Feng Hsin Iron and Steel is expected to raise rebar base price by NT$200 per ton next week, according to market participants.Feng Hsin's rebar base price is prevailing at around NT$16,400 per ton in this week.
There have no rebar suppliers are willing to receive low-price orders because most of them have been fully booked for this week's allocation.
Feng Hsin's manager said the company is likely to increase rebar price next week due to more stabilized scrap price.
