SHANGHAI, Nov 5 - Australia plans to impose provisional dumping duty of 16 percent on certain aluminium extrusions from China starting Nov. 6, the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service said on its website.(www.customs.gov.au)
The Australian customs authorities launched an investigation on the case in June and are due to report to the Minister of Home Affairs with recommendations on or before Apr. 15, 2010 on whether to publish a dumping duty notice.
