Nov. 3 MetalBiz--In the international Recycling Bureau holding in Amsterdam, suppliers stated that in November, Russia government probably adjusts up scrap steel export duty.

It is said that from November of 2010, Russia's scrap steel export tax will increase by 4 times, not to be confirmed. Although it is not determined that theses measures will be implemented, but the obvious point is that Russia government regularly releases some steps to restrict export, nevertheless, the domestic market demand is seasonal, and stainless scrap steel suppliers depend on the exports to large degree.
