China debar export price to S.Korea drop

October 29 MetalBiz--Recently China's debar export offer to S.Korea continued to slip. Subject to KS certification, the offer from China's steel mills is U.S. $520 per ton (CFR) recently. The price was U.S. $530 per ton (CFR) in early September and U.S. $525 per ton (CFR) in early October. A trader said that "recently China's debar price increased and the export price would not drop further".
