Canada made primary judgement on its anti-dumping on China's petroleum pipes

Oct. 27 MetalBiz--On October 23, 2009, Canada International Trade Court released the statement to launch the initial anti-dumping and countervailing judge, and this ruling is that dumping and subsidy does the practical damage to Canada domestic industry.
