Jan.-Aug. Shanxi stainless steel plate export decreased 81.9% y-o-y

Sep.28 MetalBiz--Shanxi stainless steel plate export reached 9,965 tons in August, up 3.5% month on months, while it was 40,500 tons in the same period last year. Shaxi exported 47,000 tons of stainless steel plate in the first eight months this year, down 81.9% from 259,000 tons in a year early, valued U.S.$92.76mln, down more than U.S.$1bln compared with U.S.$1.0983bln, which made the export in Shanxi drop 14.7%.
