Whether CIS can accept the price increase of HRC and CRC from Turkey

September 16 MetalBiz--Despite of recovery of China's steel price as well as the sluggish import demand of Turkey, steel mills in CIS improved the export offer of HRC and CRC to Turkey.

The latest delivery price of HRC for November was U.S.$580-600 per ton(CFR), up U.S.$20 around over the last week. The offer of CRC was U.S.$640-680 per ton(CFR), up nearly U.S.$40 per ton and the thin tin plate from the exporters of CIS was about U.S.$1,1150 per ton(CFR).

It needed to be observed whether the aforesaid offer can be accepted by Turkish market, nevertheless, market analysts claimed that with the economic recovery of Europe and Eastern Europe, the price is not probable to dive at the end of this year.
