WISCO decreased prices of most products by 300 yuan for Oct.

Sep.14 MetalBiz--On Sep.10, WISCO issued the price adjustment policy of steel products for Oct.. Based on the price of Sep., HR plate reduced 300-400 yuan per ton, CR coil plate and most galvanized products cut 300 yuan per ton, while the color-coated plate, oriented silicon steel and non-oriented steel price was unchanged over Sep.. Analysts believed that the price adjustment extent for Oct. from Baosteel and WISCO was not big, and after adjusted, the price still maintained several hundreds of difference from the market price.

According to the price adjustment policy from WISCO on Sep.13, as for HR products, the price not including tax of Q195, SPHC and high-quality carbon decreased 400 yuan per ton and other products' prices declined 300 yuan per ton. The price (excluding tax) of ordinary carbon, high-quality carbon, low-alloy (including construction steel) and bridge steel slipped 200 yuan per ton, the vessels steel price declined 150 yuan per ton and ship plate unchanged.

For CRC, the price of ordinary carbon, high-quality carbon and home appliance steel (Grade one decreased 300 yuan per ton (not including tax). The price of  CRC (Grade two) and other products maintained the price of Sep..

In addition, the price of sections, color-coated, non-oriented steel and oriented steel was unchanged.
