Indian domestic HRC price increased U.S.$40
Published: 30 Aug 2009 22:07:10 PSTAugust 31 MetalBiz--Because Indian steel mills intended to increase the EXW price of HRC from the first week in September, Indian domestic HRC price hiked 2,000 rupee per ton at least (U.S.$40 per ton).
At present, Indian domestic HRC quotes 34,000-35,500 rupee per ton, while the previous EXW price was at 32,000 rupee-33,500 rupee per ton.
A trader said that presently the steel mills do not sell HRC with the previous price, in fact, so is CRC.
