MANILA, Nov 5 - The Philippine central bank said on Thursday average inflation in 2009 was likely to come in at 3.28 percent, up from a previous forecast of 3.03 percent.
Deputy governor Diwa Guinigundo also told reporters average inflation in 2010 was likely to be 4.02 percent, up from the earlier forecast of 3.43 percent.
He said also that 2011 inflation was likely to be 3.4 percent.
