SEOUL, Oct 28 - South Korea has not considered imposing foreign-exchange liquidity controls on local branches of foreign banks, Financial Services Commission Chairman Chin Dong-soo said on Wednesday.
But he said before a group of European business executives in the country that the top financial regulatory agency was waiting for the outcome of an international debate on how to improve supervision of foreign-currency movements.
