HONG KONG, Oct 28 - By 0240 GMT, the benchmark Hang Seng Index had fallen 0.78 percent to 21,993.89.

The China Enterprises Index of top locally listed mainland Chinese stocks was down 0.85 percent at 13,033.54.

Here are some of the stocks on the move:

* China Shipping Container Lines fell 2.64 percent. The company posted a 1.94 billion yuan ($284.1 million) loss for the third quarter ended September. Jan-Sept losses totalled 5.35 billion yuan in accordance with Chinese accounting standards, amid a substantial decrease in freight rates and transportation volumes because of the financial crisis and the recent increase in fuel prices. Wynn Resorts reported results on Tuesday in the U.S. and the company gave a downbeat outlook. * Aluminum Corp of China dropped 2.11 percent. The aluminium maker returned to profit in July-September after three quarterly losses. But its net profit of 21.27 million yuan ($3.11 million) in the third quarter was down 88 percent from a restated profit a year earlier.

* ZTE Corp fell 1.28 percent. China's No.2 telecommunications equipment maker posted a 58.2 percent rise in profit, beating consensus, as domestic providers build new 3G networks.

* Air China rose 2.31 percent, after the mainland carrier's earnings returned to the black in the third quarter, with a boost from fuel-hedging gains and a strong rebound in domestic air travel. But the outlook is uncertain as global air traffic remains weak.

China Southern Air advanced 1.67 percent after posting a profit for the third quarter.
