SEOUL, Oct 27 - South Korea's central bank said on Tuesday it bought all of a planned 700 billion won ($589.6 million) worth of existing treasury bonds from the market via an auction.
The purchased government bonds with various tenors would be used as collateral for the central bank's repurchase agreement deals, the Bank of Korea said.
The auction drew a total of 1.08 trillion won in bids. ($1=1187.1 Won)
