HONG KONG, Oct 19 - By 0230 GMT, the benchmark Hang Seng Index <.HSI> was down 0.14 percent at 21,900.08.
The China Enterprises Index <.HSCE> of top locally listed mainland Chinese stocks was down 0.08 percent at 12,740.63.

* COSCO Pacific <1199.HK> slipped 1.15 percent, even after the port operator said on Monday that it expected a resumption of normal operations at its Piraeus Container Terminal on Oct. 19 after labour unions announced the end of a strike. * Hysan Development <0014.HK> fell 0.9 percent. The property company said on Monday that chairman and acting CEO Peter Lee had died at his home on Oct. 17, aged 55.
