TOKYO, Sept 29 - Japan's national strategy minister Naoto Kan said on Tuesday ministers shared the view that it is necessary to stimulate the economy as economic conditions still warrant caution.
"Some misunderstand that our efforts to cut wasteful spending will lead to tight fiscal policy. But we are pursuing aggressive fiscal policy, focusing on our election manifesto," Kan, who is also deputy prime minister, told a news conference after a cabinet meeting.
