SEOUL, Aug 11 - South Korean President Lee Myung-bak said on Tuesday domestic demand was still far from recovering from the slump, with employment and corporate investment remaining weak.

"There's no visible increase in employment, corporate investment is not taking place and a recovery in domestic demand is far away," the presidential office quoted Lee as saying during a cabinet meeting.
