TOKYO, July 22 - Japan's Fujifilm Holdings Corp said on Wednesday it is certain to sell more than nine million digital cameras in the current business year to March 2010 and aims to sell as many as 10 million, compared with its original target of 8.3 million.
Fujifilm sold 8.2 million digital cameras in the year ended in March.
Takeshi Higuchi, a senior vice president of Fujifilm Corp, a subsidiary of Fujifilm Holdings, made the forecast while talking to reporters on the sidelines of a news conference.
