SYDNEY, July 8 - The Australian dollar fell to its lowest in five weeks against the yen on Wednesday, as investors dumped higher-yielding currencies amid renewed concerns about a global recovery.
The Aussie fell to as low as 73.91 yen <AUDJPY=R>, which was its lowest since May 28. Against the dollar, it hovered near two-week lows, trading at $0.7855.
