HONG KONG, June 12 - Morgan Stanley's head of Asia Pacific investment banking, Matthew Ginsburg, has resigned, sources familiar with the matter said on Friday. Ginsburg, a veteran Asia banker, is expected to take the top Asia Pacific investment banking job at Barclays, the sources said.
Sources added that Ginsburg is working out the final details of his situation, and that nothing is final yet. But the sources said the move out of Morgan Stanley to Barclays is all but certain.
Morgan Stanley and Barclays declined to comment.
