CITIC Pacific ex-chairman selling shares for $93 mln
Published: 05 May 2009 01:17:45 PSTHONG KONG, May 5 - The former chairman of CITIC Pacific, Larry Yung, is selling 60 million shares in the steel to property conglomerate for about $93 million, a term sheet showed on Tuesday.
The shares are on offer at between HK$11.95 and HK$12.20 each, representing a discount of 7.6 percent to 9.5 percent to the stock's close of HK$13.2 on Tuesday, the document said.
