SEOUL, March 10 - South Korea's foreign exchange reserves are invested in highly liquid assets and are therefore usable in their entirety at any time, the country's central bank said on Tuesday.
The Bank of Korea made the comments in a statement issued in reaction to speculation that the country's foreign reserves, which officially stand at $201.5 billion, may have been overstated.
