Buhler India expands Bangalore facility

Buhler India has expanded its production facility at Bangalore to include a state-of-the-art application pilot plant and roll service facility. The application pilot plant at Buhler India will provide ultra modern test facility for cleaning, grading and optical sorting of any agricultural commodity to suit the customer requirement. The customised and modular design will ensure better construction materials and material finishes along with the use of Buhler accessories like filters, cyclones, magnets, etc, and high level  of automation. With this plant for the first time Buhler India can do detailed testing of new machine or machine's components. This facility will also couple up as an in-house platform for training programmes. The state-of-the-art application pilot plant provides an ideal place to optimally design new installations in the field of grain processing.

Buhler India has also set up a roll service station at its Buhler factory in Bangalore. The roll service facility will provide customers roll polishing and reconditioning services. The trained technicians at the Buhler factory will ensure that rolls are reconditioned as per the required specification.

Buhler India leveraged this occasion to invite all the major customers for a facility visit. Besides the two new state-of-the-art facilities, the company has further added new workspace for control panel assembly, a new office block and a modern canteen for its employees.
