Portable air-operated diaphragm pumps released by Ingersoll

The ARO Fluid Technologies, division of Ingersoll Rand Industrial Technologies, has released Pit Boss portable air-operated diaphragm pumps, suitable for operations where a reliable, de-watering and solids handling pump is an everyday requirement. These are equipped with a diaphragm which would have a life span four times longer than competitive models and with an air motor that offers worry-free operation without ice over or stall out. They come in powerful suction lift and flow rates of up to 821l/min to cover the most demanding operations. If semi-solids and solids are an issue, optimised flow passages enable transfer of fluids with particles up to 1 inch (25.4 mm) in diameter. These pumps also have a one-way exhaust check valve, enabling submersion if there is a need to place a pump deep in a sump or hole. A removable screened inlet keeps foreign particles out of the pumps in order to eliminate failure related to pumping debris. The pumps also feature collapsible comfort-grip handles for portability.
