India Simbhaoli To Export 10,000 Tons White Sugar To Greece
Published: 24 Dec 2008 21:57:13 PSTNEW DELHI --India's Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd. (507446.BY) has struck a deal to export 10,000 metric tons of white sugar to Greece at $440/ton, a top company official said Wednesday.
"The exports would be processed from the new crop," G.S.C. Rao, Executive Director of Simbhaoli Sugars, told Dow Jones Newswires in an interview.
The marketing year for sugar begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30.
