4000 tents were made rapidly in Huadu to aid disaster areas

Aiming at the situation of needed tents and others materials on edge in southwestern Sichuan province, district committee and government decided to aid them with more than 4000 tents to the DeYang disaster area and will be sent to the destination within these days.

On the morning of May 20th, after knowing that there maybe have 6-7 magnitude aftershocks in Wenchuan County, Sichuan province, district committee and government have thought what they need, and meanwhile organized the department of district committee and government office and district civil administration bureau to collect the needed tents and initiate the relevant manufacturing enterprises in our district to produce the needed tents to the disaster areas as soon as possible.

At 2 o'clock pm on the afternoon of May 22, the first batch of 150 tents invested by our district government will be delivered to the district civil administration bureau. Our district will organize the vehicles to deliver more than 4000 tents worth of more than 2 million Yuan to DeYang disaster areas within these days.
