I have downloaded the TradeManager already, but always pop-up the Web-based TradeManager, how to solve it?

To solve the problem, you may do as follows:

 

a. Open your Internet browser, click "Tools" on the menu bar of the browser

b. Select "Internet Options"

c. Click on "Delete Cookies" and then "Delete Files"

d. Click on "Security" on the top toolbar and reset all zones to default level

e. Click on "Privacy" on the top toolbar and set the level to "Medium" or click the "Default" button

f. Click on "Advanced" on the top toolbar and restore advanced settings and click "Ok" to save your modification

 

When you have finished, close your browser and all web pages. Then restart your browser.
