Managing Delivery Options
By default, your Trade Alert email frequency is daily and your Trade Alerts are delivered to you registered email address.
You can change your Trade Alert email delivery frequency from daily to weekly; and your email format from HTML to text. You can also change your email address to one other than your registered email address.
To change your delivery options:
l Sign in to My Alibaba OR click the "Manage Alert" link in any of the Trade Alert emails you receive at your registered email address
l Go to My Trade Alert,
l Click "Change delivery options" at the bottom of the page to make changes
